In a church culture where our nuclear family often holds our first loyalty and our last thoughts. Jesus says, “not in My kingdom”. My Kingdom looks out for the poor. My Kingdom looks out for the orphan. My Kingdom cares for widows. My Kingdom sees and honors the bond created by the Spirit between us.
Lifetime singleness is not often discussed in our churches these days. I’d like to see that change.
